Refund Policy

At CHERUBIM, every garment is thoughtfully designed with meticulous attention to craftsmanship and quality. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Limited Edition releases

  • Archive Collection items

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Bodysuits & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and other intimate garments are Final Sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CHERUBIM cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Exchanges

At this time, CHERUBIM does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return your eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
