Every CHERUBIM piece is prepared with care to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition. We are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience from our studio to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During collection launches, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

 

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, excluding customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and dimensions

 

From time to time, CHERUBIM may offer complimentary shipping during select promotional events.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, our Customer Care team will gladly help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

CHERUBIM is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Limited Collection Releases

Many CHERUBIM collections are produced in limited quantities.

Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
